Where do I start? Initially appeared to be good. Agreed on a fair price over the phone. Specified exactly how many items we had. Was sent boxes to pack, good quality.
It all started going wrong on the removal day. 2 hours in we were told that we would have to pay an extra 50% as apparently we had more stuff than they were aware of. This is not true as they knew exactly how many boxes we had as they delivered them to us. The guys doing the work said we had packed a lot better than most. Rather conveniently they had turned up to the property with an additional van that they then used!
This has happened with other people we know who have used them. This company is a complete sham. Avoid at all costs.
